General Policies

All members must show their membership cards at the front desk when entering the club.
For your convenience, member phones are located in both locker areas and the lobby. Please limit calls to 2 minutes.
Members must be 13 years of age to use the weight gym, aerobic classes, cardiovascular equipment and locker room facilities.
Children under 10 must be supervised by and adult while in the club.
Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items. A limited Lost and Found is maintained at the front desk and listed on the bulletin board.
No loud or abusive (profane) language permitted.
No gum chewing or smoking in club.
Food is allowed in the dining area and CHILDREN'S ACTIVITY CENTER only. No outside food or drinks allowed. No open containers allowed in the club. No alcohol on premises.
Accounts past due will have all club privileges suspended. All payments should be mailed to ABC within 10 days of the due date to avoid late charges.
All payments must include membership number to receive proper credit.
Towels can be rented at the front desk.
Children identified as problems will receive: (a) one warning (b) banned from club.


Guest Policies

Guests may attend periodically without charge by appointment with Fitness Counselor only.

Guest Fee

$7 per visit $25 per week
Exception: Approved leagues, tournaments and functions.

Member Extension Privileges

Workout due to illness, accident, emergency or temporary relocation may be made up at the end of the membership. All monthly dues will continue to be paid as agreed.
