Dear Parents,

We are looking forward to working with your children this summer at the Renaissance Fit Kids Camp. We are planning all sorts of fun activities. We will be doing crafts, playing sports and taking several field trips. We will have the pleasure of having guest speakers periodically during the summer that will be fun and educational.

Increased supervision has been a concern for us in the past. We have hired several school teachers who will be supervising the camp this year. You can rest easy this summer knowing that your children will be closely watched and supervised.

Kathy Stewart a elementary school teacher at Mulberry will be our Head Counselor this year. She is looking forward to working with your children this summer and has hired some extremely well qualified teachers to help us make sure your children will have a fun and safe summer camp experience.

1. Kathy Stewart – has been a elementary school teacher for almost 20 years, including the last seven years at Mulberry Elementary School. She has been active in community youth sports having served as a coach for T-ball, basketball and soccer. She has also worked with local beta and 4-H clubs.

2. Denise Dupre – is an educator with 15 years of experience. She teaches first grade at Mulberry Elementary School. She has worked with the Project Read Program and tutors after school.

3. Shane Alario - is in his first year of teaching after graduating from Nicholls State University. He has a Bachelor of the arts degree in health and physical education. He enjoys outdoor game and sports.
